Swaasta accepts online payments methods. All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted. Swaasta also accepts payment via purchase order for qualified customers. Invoices may be shared on registered email ID.
Please note, all products are specially customized and made available at a price specifically for you. Any return which comes to us can't be sold to any other customer that's why Platform charges will be deducted even in case of refund to client.
Payment will be made for a client/user whose visit or cancellation is made not for the user or client whose visit is due.
In case of any manufacturing defect, you can return your product within 7 days of the receipt of the same. You can choose from the following options:
Swaasta goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Swaasta accepts returns and will refund payment/initiate returns (Depending on the user's preference) if and when customers are disappointed by Swaasta products for one of the following reasons:
