Swaasta through this WEBPAGE acts as an intermediary or a facilitator between the user and third party medical practitioner or third party retail pharmacists or third party labs or an individual including a company providing the above services. Company is not and cannot be a party to any transaction between you and the third-parties.
The Website can be used by persons who are Major and of Sound mind, competent to enter into contract under the provisions of the law of the land and should not be barred under any law.
By accessing and using this Website, you are consenting that you are of legal age of 18 years, competent to enter into contract under the laws in India.
Company is at liberty to suspend your account or disqualify you from making use of the Website, if the Company notices that you are minor, insane mind or barred under any law to enter into Contract or for any other purpose.
SWAASTA only provides a platform for the needy User or a patient to meet their Doctor or a medical Practitioner.
SWAASTA only provides the names of medical practitioners available on the platform and the User may select their Doctor of choice. The Doctor so selected by the User shall be the User's Personal doctor and the company is not connected to the same.
The Medical Practitioners are listed in the Webpage based on the representations made by the Medical Practitioners that they are registered Medical Practitioners in the roll of Medical Council of India/State Medical Council. Preliminary verification to the said effect is conducted by the SWAASTA with regard to the representations made by the Medical Practitioners.
The Company through this Platform facilitates the third party retail pharmacies to sell drugs and other pharmaceutical and wellness products. This also provides the Patients/ User to make use of the Platform and purchase the pharmaceutical and related products available with the Third Party Pharmacies.
The Company does not offer to sell or sale any products. It only provides a Platform for the Retail Pharmacies and needy Patients/Purchasers to transact and complete the sale relating to pharmaceutical and related products.
The company provides the Platform for the retail pharmacies to register themselves with the Company for being listed in the Website. The listed retail pharmacies display their available products. The said display shall always be treated as an invitation to offer. The Company has no control or right or ownership over such products.
SWAASTA only provides a platform for the needy User or a patient to get medical examined and get medical reports Labs / Diagnostic Centre.
SWAASTA only provides the names of Lab/Diagnostic Centre's available on the platform and the User may select their Labs / Diagnostic Centre of choice. The Lab/Diagnostic Centre so selected by the User shall be the User's Lab/Diagnostic Centre and the company is not connected to the same.
The Labs / Diagnostic Centre's which are listed in the Web Page based on the representations made by them that they are a NABL accreditation/certified Laboratory or Diagnostic center as required. Preliminary verification to the said effect is conducted by the SWAASTA with regard to the representations made by the Labs / Diagnostic Centre's.
By using the Swaasta service or this website or ordering products or services from this website you recognize and agree that all copyright, registered trademarks and other intellectual property rights on all materials or contents provided as part of the Swaasta belong to us at all times or to those who grant us the license for their use. You are permitted to use this material and/or content only as expressly authorized by our licensors or us. No use of these may be made without the prior written authorization.
